Club House
The Old Mill Village clubhouse is available to rent for both residents and non-residents. Please contact The Clubhouse Manager for details.
Fishing
Old Mill has 2 lakes which are fully stocked with fish for catch and release all day long. Maybe a Canadian Goose or two as well
Common Areas
We have the most common areas of any HOA in Brunswick Ohio. Its prefect for playing fetch with your dog, football with your kids, or just throwing a frisbee around with some friends
Social Activites
Old mill has activities at the pool all summer long from hot dogs on 4th of July, to lunch with Santa at the clubhouse. Keep an eye out on our events page for more details.
