Old Mill Village Updates

Dear OMV Residents.

Please see below regarding a few reminders about living in our community.

POOL Reminders:

1. To use the pool or clubhouse, all assessments must be paid no exceptions!

2. Swimming lessons this year is still a possibly. Look for updates on our FB Page

3. The baby pool will remain closed until the state certifies the pump and drain. This is a state rule. 

4. Residents who live in the apartments, contact your building manager for rules and regulations. 

5. Each homeowner can use six guest passes per day. 

OLD MILL VILLAGE board members and lifeguards are not responsible for articles left behind. If you come to the pool and leave your towels, shoes, clothes, toys, etc, they are placed in the lost and found. The lost and found is not monitored. If you leave and someone else claims the item, we are not reasonable. 

Please do not abuse the lifeguards. Remember to take everything you brought when you leave.

Our Home Exterior: 

As our property taxes have increased and our home values increased, we need to keep our neighborhood looking good. We have neighbors who do not pay attention to exterior maintenance, which includes grass cutting, trimming, painting, driveway repairs, and sidewalk repair. Please send the issue in writing to any board member; our emails are on our website.
